Austin works with individuals who experience a wide variety of concerns including but not limited to trauma and dissociation, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns.

His primary focus is treating those who have experienced trauma through the use of EMDR therapy, allowing clients to quickly and safely process their traumatic memories and move towards a life of fulfillment and hopefulness.

Leslie considers therapy with her clients as a collaborative journey and treats each individual as fully unique, honoring the many differences between us. Her aim is to improve self-love and acceptance, encourage forgiveness and healing, promote inner peace and hope for positive change.

Leslie has adapted an eclectic approach using researched-based, proven theories including EMDR, mindfulness and creative art therapies to help enlighten and empower her clients. She offers a trusting environment of empathy, active listening, acceptance and encouragement while also providing them with tools to cope, mend and explore direction.

Leslie’s areas of experience include anxiety, depression, bipolar, personality disorders, PTSD, domestic violence, anger management, the grieving process, and adjustment disorders.

Her clients range in age from 18-70 and include LGBTQ and marginalized minorities. She particularly enjoys emerging adults.

Ken specializes in working with people experiencing anxiety and depression, people who have survived traumatic events, family conflicts and issues with relationships and careers. He works with young adults through retirement ages.

Ken understands that the value of therapy is in having a comfortable and supportive relationship between therapist and client.

Her approach is EMDR based as well as an eclectic blend of DBT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused therapy.

Christina has experience working with adults with various conditions, including depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use and gambling addiction as well as individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury.

She has a specialty working with adult women seeking recovery and healing from trauma.

Danielle utilizes an empathetic and solution-focused approach that supports each individual to recognize and utilize their strengths to reach their treatment goals.

Danielle's background includes working in mental health education, advocacy, intensive outpatient, psychiatric inpatient, in-home, and individual counseling.

She has a passion for working with those struggling with co-occurring disorders. Her specialties lie with those struggling with Mood Disorders, Substance and/or Alcohol Disorder, Personality Disorders, Trauma, and with those recently diagnosed with or undergoing cancer treatment.

Sommer engages with each of her clients as individuals with unique world perspectives. She customizes her approach with her clients based on their needs and sees them as part of their family systems. She believes each person has the potential to grow and heal given the right support and guidance.

Her approach to treatment is based on the client’s needs and goals, therefore, she uses a variety of modalities to help clients process and manage symptoms including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices. Sommer is growing her knowledge in Polyvagal Theory to assist clients to reduce their symptoms of anxiety. by using techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve and she is beginning to practice EMDR therapy.

She has experience working in urban communities with adolescents, young adults and their families who suffer from various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, school avoidance, grief, PTSD, generational trauma, relationship concerns and personality disorders.

Christine has a deep understanding of the healthy development of adolescents and young adults. She builds unique relationships with every client, empowering them to build on their strengths, improve self-confidence, and take control of their own lives. Her work with teens over the last 20 years has focused on assisting them with their relevant concerns including anxiety, depression, peer issues identity, and family struggles. She draws on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and a wide range of wellness techniques.

Although Christine specializes in helping adolescents, she welcomes clients of all ages. Areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, and end-of-life issues. Christine has extensive knowledge regarding CT special education laws and procedures, as well as school-based support services for students.

She uses evidence-based theories including CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, in the treatment of most mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and/or neurodiversity. She has a multicultural understanding and supports each client's development of their own healing process.

Fascinated by stories told by immigrant family members, and inspired by their gardens and cooking, Nina continues to appreciate her heritage and other cultures through her own love of cooking. She believes that self care requires feeding the soul as well as the body.

Michelle holds a certificate in CBITS (Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Trauma Informed School), Certified Therapeutic Autism Clinician, and has completed comprehensive training in school refusal and crisis interventions.

She is dedicated to helping adolescents and their families address trauma and mental health concerns (i.e., emotional regulation, behaviors, anxiety, depression, stress, and school refusal) that impact their daily lives and overall well-being.

Jessica is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker with a degree from the University of Denver. She has primarily worked with children, teens, and families from diverse backgrounds in a day treatment and public school setting.

Jessica acknowledges the diversity of strengths and challenges individuals bring to therapy and aims at creating a supportive space for her clients to explore and address their concerns while leveraging their strengths.

Liz Lowe, LMSW

Liz believes choosing self-care and asking for help are no small feats. She will work collaboratively with clients and sessions will be whole person focused as clients learn to accept where they are and commit to growth.

Liz offers an integrative approach of CBT, DBT, positive psychology and solution-focused therapy. She is a teacher and a student, with decades of experience teaching mindfulness and yoga as well as practicing restorative bodywork and somatic techniques.

As an avid believer in ones ability to evolve, heal, forgive, and find joy, client sessions will incorporate curiosity alongside humor, reflection accompanied by guidance, and a quiet, safe space.

Liz enjoys working with adults and has experience helping parents navigate difficulty and caregivers of all ages supporting loved ones. Her areas of expertise are anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, depression, unhealthy relationships, body image, complicated family dynamics, and career uncertainties.
